Why don't Zillow and Redfin (tries but fails) allow you to filter out fixer-uppers.

Its so annoying. Seeing several amazingly priced homes, only to read "in need of TLC" and the likes. Why cant a retail buyer just weed out homes that aren't materially "move-in ready". I don't want to fucking see anything else. Is there another MLS site that does this (redfin does, but tens --if not hundreds-- of fixer properties still make it through)?
