Is it worth it to seal my driveway for $500 to add curb appeal if I am selling it?

Hi, so my driveway looks pretty ugly, and there are some cracks, and sunk-in spots. There is also a separation crack along the house that causes some flooding in the garage. Sealing it will help, so should I do it before I put it on the market?
