There’s a house we’re interested in that has gone pending/contingent multiple times within the past year. It has never actually sold and each time it’s listed it’s about $50k less each time. Judging by the pics it doesn’t look bad and based on area it should be selling for more than what it’s listed for. Before we go and start anything with the house what are some reason people have run into houses not going through with the sale?
