I bought a ground floor maisonette in a uk city centre about 10 years ago, i had i valued 2.5 yrs ago and it had made around 100k by then , prob slightly more by now.
Id like to sell sometime soon to up size for may family. Ive got a fixed mortage that still has just under 3 yrs left to run with a nice low rate, and ill be able to port it over and would obviously like to use of much of it as i can on a new place
Whens the best time to sell with all the financial predictions coming up, i dont much care if i loose a bit of the equity ive made if it means what im buying is more affordable because id like to buy as cheaply as possible, probably something a bit of a wreck that needs work i can do myself
How to i make the most of this years market, do i put it on at the start of the year, or wait for the predicted crash so everything cheaper? 🤔
If anyone can't point me at were to go to learn about this as well id be grateful 👌
