Hello!
We are FTH, and are in our due diligence period for a home. Our offer was accepted last week
We have the home/termite/pool inspection all lined up for 9-1pm. Our real estate agent is super thorough
That being said... we put in an offer after seeing the home at the open house.
My question is: while we're at the house during the inspections, what should WE be mindful of, looking for, double checking, etc?
What are things that might not be included in an inspection that we want to consider during the due diligence period, since we will have that access to the house ?
