I’m 28M, non-US resident, with around 100k USD investable. I’m considering US real estate mainly for leverage and diversification.
I’ve been reading about DSCR loans and the idea would be to buy through an LLC and run everything via a local property manager.
Before I go further, I’d like to hear real experiences. What am I underestimating? Where does this usually break in practice?
