Starting a small call center in Egypt to help U.S. real estate companies — looking for feedback & insights

Hey everyone,

I’ve recently launched a small call center here in Egypt focused on supporting U.S.-based real estate businesses — mainly investors, wholesalers, and agents who need help with cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.

Our team is trained to talk with U.S. homeowners, verify interest, and set qualified appointments, but as we grow, I want to make sure we’re doing things ethically, professionally, and effectively.

I’d love to hear from other business owners or investors who’ve worked with remote or overseas calling teams:

  • What makes a remote calling partner truly valuable for your real estate business?
  • How do you handle trust, contracts, and payment when working internationally?
  • Any common pitfalls to avoid when dealing with cold calling in the U.S. real estate market?

I’m not trying to sell anything — just hoping to connect with experienced people, learn from your insights, and make sure we’re building something that genuinely adds value.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
