I’ve recently launched a small call center here in Egypt focused on supporting U.S.-based real estate businesses — mainly investors, wholesalers, and agents who need help with cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
Our team is trained to talk with U.S. homeowners, verify interest, and set qualified appointments, but as we grow, I want to make sure we’re doing things ethically, professionally, and effectively.
