Realtors are Crooks

I'm so sick of realtors. The fact that so many are still trying to keep up the traditional 6% commission after housing prices have tripled is disgusting. I don't care that they do a lot of work they don't get paid for. Why should a buyer/seller have to this outrageous cost just because they end up failing with other clients!?

Then, they engage in hidden conversations with another realtor who works for the other side, while both have the exact same financial incentive and goal - to sell the home for a much as possible.

Finally, they collectively create a monopoly of information through the MLS, sue realtor sites that include sales data, and spend millions in lobby money to pass legislation to make sales data less transparent.

And people think lawyers are bad...

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
