House sold 2022 no updates new asking price is $160k more

We are searching for homes in SW Michigan . Likely it’s the last of what is available till Spring but man the pickings are slim. We are searching for homes up to $700k. A new listing was posted as coming soon for a week and finally more pictures are listed. I was able to find the old listing from 2022. The sold price was $430k 12/22. For sale now $599,000. Nothing changed . No new updates to anything. No new roof, water heater, updated flooring, still dark wood cabinets and black not updated appliances . Green carpet from the 2000s in the all seasons room. Please tell me I am not the only one who thinks a 39% increase with nothing added but a larger interest rate is crazy?

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
