Question

i'll be turning 18 soon and heading off to Uni to study finance or something...

Anyways, should I get a job in a brokerage while in Uni? I feel like if I do, and i do an online course for the license, i'll end up dropping out of Uni to work full time for them

I've seen so many young people (18,19,20) work as real estate agents, and I ask myself how they do it without higher education. And then I say if they can do it, why can't I

i'm not saying I wont go to Uni, but i want to start, I just don't know the consequences of what comes after I decide yes ill do it or no i wont

this is one of those "i dont know what to do with my life" situations, except my life hasn't started yet

either way I would really appreciate some comments on this, I'd like to view different perspectives 🙏

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
