We are planning to sell our house in the near future. We previously had some fire damage and the mainfloor interior was fully renovated. We added another 40-45k got extra things done like high end appliances, granite counters, lvp flooring, new carpet and paint downstairs, fireplace and built ins, under the cabinet lighting, etc. The house looks ultra modern and new and we have had no issues living here so far. We also had new roof last year due to hail damage and we are getting new landscaping along with new garage door. I would like to know what to expect and what other things that needs to be done, so the home sale proceeds smoothly and the new buyers can also have happy, peaceful life in the house without any issues related to the house.
Thanks in advance for all the responses and advice.
