Advice on selling - 5 cats

As in title, my partner and I have 5 cats. We're selling our home, but we can't get loan approved until we sell - best the bank will offer is same day settlement.

I'm unsure how to navigate selling, with showings etc, with 5 cats.

Getting them into carriers into our hatchback at short notice seems unmanageable. We don't have anyone in a position to take on 5 cats even for a short period (pretty big ask). My partner is going to be appalled if I suggest a cattery short term.

Any suggestions?

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
