Hi All,
The seller has agreed to replace the septic system, identified as necessary during initial inspections, before closing, due to my lender's health/safety concerns preventing escrow approval.
What key items should I instruct my attorney to include in the agreement to ensure proper installation and prevent future issues, considering the seller is choosing the septic company? I want to do everything I can to make sure I don’t get screwed over.
Location: New Jersey
Thanks!
