I did some researching and I know it can take a while to sell a home but how quickly can I put it out there on the market? This is my first home I bought it 2 years ago so I've never done the selling process before.
Long story short I'm on the west coast of Canada, the cost of living soared and my household income didn't so I can't really afford to live here anymore. I'm trying to hold on as long as I can, desperately looking for a second job but I have about 60-90 days worth of money to pay bills and then I probably won't be able to make my mortgage payment.
The rental market is oversaturated but I can make about $110,000 off selling, throw all my things in a storage facility, and stay in hotels until I can find a place in the eastern parts of the country. Leaving my mom and sister behind sucks but financially, leaving B.C entirely is the only option if I can't make more money.
