Is it okay to contact the seller's agent as a buyer?

I am a first time homebuyer. I recently connected with a great buyer's agent - and signed an agreement about workinv with her.

I am interested in a home that was recently removed from the market (after about 3 months of being listed). (I believe the home was occupied by a renter, which may be why they're having a hard time selling.)

I am going to be out of town for a couple weeks. I wanted to reach out to the seller's agent to learn more and if I could view it on Sunday before my trip. My buying agent doesnt work on Sundays.

Is this inappropriate? Would I later be able to take a second look with my buyer's agent?

I'm seeing builders offering interest rate buydowns worth $20k-$60k on $800k homes (rather than just lowering prices) in order to keep their comps high for their other units, now that buyer demand has been declining.
