Question about HOA guidelines

"no wall, fence or hedge shall be erected or maintained nearer to the front lot line than ten feet behind the front building line on such lot, nor on corner lots nearer to the side lot line than the building setback line parallel to the side street reflected on the plats."

I understood most of this, but then I kind of got lost. What I understood was that the fence cannot be 10 feet to the front line. But then I got confused what they meant by ten feet behind the building line on such lot?
