I have a Land Property in a tier 3 city. I want to convert this into a commercial property which can give me a passive income. What are my options?

This land is adjacent to a highway. There's a Flyover opposite this land. I think that's a merit.

The land is quite flat. There's a small village adjacent to this land.

I'm thinking of putting a warehouse there. Is it a good option?

What are the steps before I can set up a warehouse if anyone has an idea?

I might have been a bit vague in the description. I'll try to answer as best as I can in the replies.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
