The home owner is a real estate agent (has not been practicing for 15+ years) and has given me the privilege of viewing their home before they list it on the market. What’s more is that they are willing to give me “first dibs” on the home given that my bid is within their range. They’ve expressed to me they want to avoid realtors. From conversations I’ve had long ago, real estate lawyers could be a good option in this situation. Is there a financial gain (or any other) to proceed with a financial lawyer versus a real estate agent? Thanks for reading my short book! I appreciate any feedback.
